Hiking Trail

Ballentine Park

Description: This easy walking paved loop trial encircles the front part of the park. Some picnic tables in the shade of the trees provide an opportunity to take a noontime walk.

Pets are welcome if on a leash.

Length: 0.25 mile.

Fees: No fee.

Directions: From Dutch Fork Road (US 76), drive north on Bickley Road. After you cross the railroad tracks turn left onto Bird Road and the trail and parking are on the right.

From Exit 97 on I-26, drive south on US 176 and turn right onto Bickley Road. Turn right again onto Bird Road and the trail and parking are on the right.

Hours: Dawn to dusk

Camping: No camping.
