Wedgefield Park

Description: You can start at any point on this short, flat, crushed gravel trail. Some old majestic oaks on the south end provide shade during your walk or while you’re enjoying a picnic lunch. A play area can provide entertainment for children during your walk.

Length: 0.25 mile.

Fees: No fee.

Directions: From Sumter, drive west on US 378 to SC 261. Turn left and drive to the town of Wedgefield. At Wedgefield Road (SC 763) turn left and then right and park on Presbyterian Street.

Hours: Dawn to dusk

Camping: No camping.
