6 and 20 Connector Trail (#22)

Description: This is a very short easy walking trail that connects the Rim of the Gap and the Pinnacle Pass Trail. Using this short connector, you can form a 6­mile loop from Jones Gap State Park by starting on the Rim of the Gap Trail and returning on the Pinnacle Pass Trail. If you hike the trails in this direction, you will be spared a very strenuous climb up Little Pinnacle Mountain.

Length: 0.1 mile.

Directions: From Jones Gap State Park you will need to hike 1.9 miles on the Rim of the Gap Trail or 3.3 miles on the Pinnacle Pass Trail. Both of these trails are considered strenuous.

Camping: Trailside primitive camping is allowed on certain trails. Contact Caesars Head or Jones Gap State Parks for details.
