Swan Lake Garden

Description:
Starting from the parking area, explore gardens, ponds, creeks, and
swampy wetland on easy-walking, level, interconnecting, sand and grass
paths and boardwalks. You will see a variety of beautiful flowers,
trees and foliage including irises, cypress trees, and sprawling oak.
The area provides habitat for swans, ducks, heron, geese, turtles,
snakes and a variety of other wildlife. You can also just rest and
enjoy the view from benches, picnic areas, and gazebos.
Remember to wear insect repellant in warm weather.
Pets are not permitted. Restrooms are available near the parking area
and at several locations in the park.

Directions:
From US 76/US 378 in Sumter, drive south on Alice Drive (SC 120) to
West Liberty (SC 763). Turn left and drive approximately .25 mile to
the entrance on the right. (A pedestrian crossover offers easy access
to the park on the either side of West Liberty. An elevator provides
access for handicapped.)
