
Description: Starting from Dirt Landing, paddle north in the
waterway. At approximately 1.4 miles you can turn right and go out onto
Lake Moultrie or continue to the turnaround at 2.0 miles. Once out on
the lake, you can paddle to Coon Island or spend the day paddling around
the small islands of the area known as Dennis’s Pasture, which is also a
popular spot for catching large mouth bass.
Length: 2.0 miles with a 1.0 mile
spur out on the lake.
Fees: No fee.

Mile 0 (GPS N 33.3511 W 79.9708) Dirt
Landing From Moncks Corner drive north on US 52 for 11.5 miles and
turn right onto Mandella Road (Berkeley County S841). Drive
approximately 1.0 mile, turn left onto Dike Road, and continue to Dirt
Landing.
Mile 1.4 (GPS N 33.3698 W 79.9751)
From this point you can turn left and go out onto Lake Moultrie or
continue to the turnaround.
Mile 2 (GPS N 33.3767 W 79.9800)
Turnaround.
Hours: Dawn to dusk
Camping: First come, first served
