Description:
You can walk either of two easy walking loops. A short paved loop winds through the woods connecting the tennis courts, and a longer combination paving and dirt loop encircles the pond. The combination loop includes a boardwalk with an overlook where you may see white egrets.

Pets are allowed on a leash and mutt mitts for waste pickup are provided.

Length: A 0.4 mile paved loop and a 0.5 mile paved and dirt loop with a 0.1 mile spur.

Fees: No fee.

Directions: From Exit 9 on I­77, drive east on US76/US 378 for approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Hazelwood. The entrance is 0.2 mile on the left.

Hours: 7 AM to 9 PM

Camping: Limited to organized groups.
