TrailMap

Description:
You can access a series of trails from a parking area on Beechwood Drive, or Syndor Drive. From either parking area you can access the Cottonwood trial, which connects to a network of shorter trails such as the Turkey Cut , Beaverdam, Pinecone, and Highlands Trail. You will pass through a forest of mixed hardwoods, notably the cottonwood tree from which, the main trail was named. A wetland habitat provides a home for a variety of wildlife including water birds, squirrels, and snakes. Benches along the way provide an opportunity to stop and observe the wildlife or just relax and take in the scenery.

Insect repellent is recommended in warm weather. Pets are permitted on a leash.
