Description:
Starting from the Equestrian Center, you can ride on a series of colored trails, which provide a variety of distances. You will ride on a combination of farm roads in open fields and interconnected trails through densely wooded areas. A large variety of birds and animals can be found in this area, as well as snakes. In the show area there are barns and a series of show rings.

Visitors must make prior arrangements or be pass holders to have access to the park. This is primarily a horse trail and no motorized vehicles or bicycles are allowed. Camping for equestrians and hiking are planned. Insect repellent is recommended during the warmer months.

Length: Red Trail: 5.0 miles, Green Trail: 3.5 miles, Blue Trail: 4.5 miles, and Black Trail: 4.5. Alternate routes can add mileage to each of these. Some wet areas may be closed after heavy rains.

Fees: Annual fee of $25 per individual, $50 for family up to four (each additional $5).

Directions: From Charleston, drive west on US 17, cross the Ashley River and turn left onto SC 171. Cross over the bridge to James Island and turn right onto SC 700. Cross over the Stono River and turn left onto River Road. Drive approximately 10 miles and turn left onto Mullet Hall Road (Charleston County S-10-2146). The entrance is approximately 0.2 mile on the left.

Hours: Dawn to dusk.

Camping: No camping.
