The Goose Creek Reservoir is a 600 acre impoundment located in lower Berkeley County. It can be accessed at the John R. Bettis Landing off of Mabeline Road adjacent to the Trident Technical College campus on Rivers Avenue.

Granby Park, near the historic Granby, Whaley and Olympia Mill Villages, opened in 1998. It is the southernmost segment of the Three Rivers Greenway. Granby Park has wonderful views of the river from deeply shaded paths.

The Grand Park Athletic Complex features seven large multipurpose fields and two youth fields.  All have synthetic grass and lights and are designed to accommodate a variety of sports, including baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer and football. The complex also has a paved trail system, with exercise stations, scenic views, plenty of parking and three towers for restrooms and concessions.

Cheraw is a beautiful small town in SC that has some great trails—which can be accessed from numerous parks within the town. Riverside Park offers the Tanyard Loop and Great Pee Dee Nature Trail with scenic views of the Pee Dee River and Arrowhead Park offers a great multi-use trail that connects to the residential area of Cheraw.
