Boyd Pond is a hidden jewel located at 373 Boyd Pond Road in Aiken, SC. Boyd Pond is known for its 30 acre pond, but it also has three softball fields, a baseball field, multipurpose field, 2-mile hiking trail, multiple mountain bike trials, a fishing pier, boardwalk, boat ramp, multiple picnic shelters, a disc golf course, and an observatory. Four picnic shelters are available to be rented for special events and gatherings.

This is a challenging ride. To get as much mileage as possible on a small piece of land the trail is very tight and twisty, with lots of switchbacks to fold the trail back onto itself almost.  Plenty of steep short climbs immediately after those switchbacks.  The trail is very sandy, and drains well after a rain.

Park Hours: Dawn - Dusk
