From the parking area, begin this mostly-level, out-and-back hiking trail that follows an old road bed through hardwood and pine forest. As you walk out along the peninsula, you will pass lake views and cross two wildlife food plots. You may see birds, deer, snakes, and a variety of other wildlife. At the end of the trail you will see a “trail ends here” sign where you will return way you came.

Insect repellant is recommended in warm weather. Pets are permitted on a leash.
