Colonial Lake Park is a neighborhood park in the heart of peninsula Charleston. It is one of the most popular parks for afternoon strolls with the kids and dogs in tow. Joggers and walkers frequent the park at all times of the day. The park has recently been renovated by adding more seating, a completely level walking surface around the whole lake, and 20,000 new plantings along expanded and shady, green spaces.
