From the parking area near the pool, cross the road to start this shady, easy walking paved trail. Going counterclockwise you will come to a circular overlook where you turn left, walk around the pond, enjoy the ducks, the water spray in the center, and cross the bridge at the reflecting pool. You can extend your walk by going straight to a small amphitheater, where you can turn right and loop through a circular pavilion, or go left, pass by the shelter, and return to the pond. You may see a number of squirrels and see or hear a variety of birds. In the springtime you will be treated to azaleas and many other flowering shrubs.

Hours: Dawn to dusk
