Summary:

A large, attractive pond fills this park in Union, SC, which attracts plenty of ducks and geese. In addition to the walking path around the pond, a short nature trail leads off into the woods across the street.

Loading Trails

From the parking area next to the playground, you can walk along any of the paved, interconnected concentric loop trails that circle the scenic park pond. Watch for ducks and geese along the mostly level inside loop, or walk amid tall pine, hardwood, and willow trees on an outer loop.

Directions:

From Main Street in downtown Union, drive north on Park Drive to the Foster Park Elementary School on Arthur Blvd. Turn onto Veterans Drive. The parking area is on the left just past the playground and picnic area.
