Summary:

Once an army training base, Croft State Park covers more than 7,000 acres of rolling, wooded terrain just a few miles from downtown Spartanburg. This trail is a hiking only trail located within Croft trail network.

Loading Trails

Explore the perimeter of Lake Edwin Johnson. This is a 40 acre fertilized lake providing largemouth bass and bluegill fishing opportunities, plus it is a great place to picnic and hike.

Restrooms are available at the parking area near the equine supply store. Insect repellent is recommended in warm weather. Pets are permitted on leashes. 

This is a former Army training facility. Visitors are asked to stay on trails and in recreation areas. Do not disturb unfamiliar objects.
