Harbison State Forest offers a number of interconnecting multi-use trails. Spider Woman II is a moderately difficult loop trail that can be ridden pleasurably in both directions. Spider Woman II is challenging with several steep, narrow sections and some tight turns. The trail starts off up high at the top of Midlands Mountain Trail and makes its way down to the creek and Broad River through a series of short, steep climbs and descents that take you up and over rocks and roots.

The Harbison State Forest trail system is maintained with the help of the Friends of Harbison State Forest.

Directions:

From Columbia: Drive west on Interstate 26 and exit at Harbison Boulevard. Turn left onto Harbison Boulevard and drive to Broad River Road. Turn right and the entrance to Harbison State Forest is on the left, just beyond the next traffic signal. Once in the forest, follow the gravel road for approximately 1.5 miles to Parking Area 5 on the right.
