Oconee Passage begins in Oconee State Park and ends at Oconee Station State Historical Site, a backcountry military garrison and trading post from the 1790s. From the park, the passage follows a scenic roadbed that pinches into a path along the mountain ridgeline.

Beyond Oconee Station’s historic significance, there’s a fishing pond and 1.5-mile nature trail that connects hikers to a trail leading into Sumter National Forest and ending at Station Cove Falls.

Old Canaan Road Soccer Complex offers visitors a paved walking trail for visitors. There are also eight soccer fields, as well as a gazebo.

The Hagood Mill is the home of the historic Hagood Gristmill, on the National Register of Historic Places. The Pickens historic site also features two restored log cabins, a blacksmith shop, cotton gin, moonshine still, a great nature trail and monthly musical performances.
