The impressive Midlands Mountain Trail climbs up a small ridge before descending to the river bottom. A more difficult route bypasses the river bottom for more of a challenge.

The Mill Creek Pass Trail connects the Pinnacle Mountain and Ridge trails. If you ascend the rugged Pinnacle Mountain Trail to the sign just above Mill Creek Falls, you can turn right and follow the Mill Creek Pass Trail to the Ridge Trail.

This campus sits on 600 acres of beautifully manicured greenspace - one of the largest corporate greenspaces in the Southeast and a nationally recognized arboretum – that was once a peach orchard. Milliken Arboretum does contain a system of official trails, but there are no trail maps at the parking area, and the trails often blend in with the large mown grass areas.

Miuka Falls is a 75-foot waterfall tucked away on a spur trail off the popular Winding Stairs Trail. Beginners can easily venture along this trail and experience Miuka Falls.

This trail is located in the southeastern part of the Long Cane Ranger District. Visitors enjoy the option of riding the 5.5-mile Modoc Trail, the 12-mile Turkey/Wine Trail, or exploring them both on the same day. This linear trail provides beautiful views of the Stevens Creek area corridor.
